- Boat Rental includes: Cooler (ice available), Nautical Chart, Safety Equipment and Orientation
- Children are welcome on our boats! We have life jackets for children over 30 pounds. Please bring your own US Coast Guard approved life jacket for all children/infants under 30 pounds.
- We all have and love our pets but please know you will be responsible for any damage caused by pets on the rental boats.
- There is great fishing around but fishing on the rental boats is not allowed. Any fishing has to be done off the boat. Charges will occur for cleaning caused by fishing on or off boat.

Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about rescheduling. No-shows will be charged the full price. No credit or partial credit will be provided for returning a boat to the dock before the scheduled return time (if you return a boat early, there is no credit for unused time).
Foul weather is determined by dock staff based on a combination of real time observations and National Weather Service predictions. Do not assume the local TV weather report is accurate, call the dock for official foul weather determination. Isolated / unforeseen rain encountered during the time a rental boat is being used is not a reason for discount or refund.
**A no-show is considered over one hour late for a half day rental or over two hours late for a full day rental.
Any disputed charges shall be directed to the General Manager.
